Yawn~
I know that this is bad timing to write this but I wanted to write an entry before I go to bed.
Life must have a meaning. Purpose in life cannot be selfish and materialistic. Many problems surfaced and mistakes being made. I really do not want to do things that other people expect and I follow blindly. I’m not a child. I don’t want to lead my life based on what the world believes in. There is so much destruction just because of one only word – selfishness. I want to do great things to change this world. I want to crawl out of this hole. I have done things that I shouldn’t have done, I repent. The people I have hurt or hated me, I’m sorry.
“Why follow God’s path for you?” People may ask.
He knows better than I do. I’m not saying I do not have control of my life but I have made a choice to follow Him. God won’t force anyone to do anything. But as selfish people when we receive good news we disregard his blessings and take it as our hard work only or when something bad happens we just conveniently blame Him.
I want to recommit my life again and listen only to His voice to guide me. I want to live to God’s standard and not double standard.
Love Angela.
Ps. Discovered a cross on the ceiling, just above where I sleep – God protects me without me knowing.

Hey EVERYBODY!!!!
I’m back from camp and 'recuperating' at home!
[Sighs] I’m really weak in health. I have skin problems at camp because too hot and insect bites. Every time I bathe, it hurts like putting salt on my bite wounds (literally). I need more fruits and baby lotion! Next is getting headache and fever. The weather is like a catalyst to speed up my slightly ill body to get worse within the first 6 hours of the camp. [-_-"] Thus causing me to go home on Sunday morning instead of Monday with other reasons.
I really enjoyed the camp! I know friends and seniors! And I’m going to help out with Float building today [Saturday]. Use my creative juices to help them. [Excited] I will upload photos tomorrow after I get my CD and photos from my senior.
As I mention about being weak in health, I felt that life is short and fragile. Getting cancer, disease and death is common in this world no matter how we think that we won’t die tomorrow or want to live till 70-80 years old. We look so much on the temporal rather than the eternal.
I have to change my lifestyle! Before I even sleep, I must know I have gone through a day without regrets.
Love Angie
The closest most of us get to Olympic glory
is huddled in our living room and tuning into the opening ceremonies.
This season with the Olympics only being a hop, skip and a jump away in
Beijing China (sarcasm) the chance of any of us getting to partake in
the excitement of watching the worlds best athletes live is more than
likely not going to happen. However, if you are a track and field fan
then fret no more. The U.S. Olympic team trials for Track and Field are
being held in Eugene Oregon at the legendary Hayward Field.
Get your tickets to witness one of the most prestigious pre-Olympic
events and be a part of history in the making as the roster for team
USA is selected for the 2008 Olympic Games.
The Trials have just started and the last of them will be held Sunday July 6th. Trials will also be held on the the 4th of July including fireworks. If you can't make it to the trials or Track and Field just ain't your cup'O tea; the city of Eugene simultaneously has several unique and amazing events including: The Eugene Festival (concerts, arts, food, entertainment, fireworks on the 4th and more), the Oregon Bach Festival, the First Friday Art Walk, Cottage Grove Speedway Wall of Fire & Fireworks and more. Check out the calendar for more events.
If you are more the outdoorsy type then a trip to Eugene will definitely be right up your alley. You can raft the Mckenzie river, spend a day at the Wild Woods Falls and Lagoon, choose from an assortment of camping options, Oregon Coast tours, Willamette Valley Winery tours and more.
Due to the events, there are a number of hotels that are already sold out, lucky for you however, I have the inside track on hotels that should still be available. Also, since Eugene is a college town (the University of Oregon) you have the unique combination of upscale hotels and cheap stays all within a couple of mile of each other.
Where to Crash:
The Valley River Inn is a great stay.
Situated on the Willamette River this hotel represent quintessential
Northwestern rustic charm and elegance with towering wooden beams, warm
inviting fireplaces, beautiful gardens and local artwork. If you are
looking for a pleasant get away that is that is centrally located and
reasonably priced then look no further.
Price: around $149-$159 per night
If you are looking for a cheap solution or a place to just call base camp then check out the University Inn and Suites or the Econo Lodge. Coming in at around $60 a night they are a decent place to rest your head and recoup for the next days adventure.
Yesterday went to Kinokuniya to buy JLPT4 past yr practice papers. At that point, I was all ready to chiong JLPT 4 already for this year.
UOW Lectures commence nxt wed. がんばってね!Beginning to endure for nxt 2 years le. Time flies by quickly.
Yesterday was BBQ at ECPark for the UOW students. Went straight there from Kino after buying JLPT stuff. Food was alright. But people (especially e men) keep asking me which camp I was from (they assumed first thing that I have completed NS jus like them before I came to UOW). The feeling is v. bad indeed. Totally sucks. Just imagine, anyone who is already exempted from NS and yet ended up being asked all this...
All local men are always like this, so no surprise.
In SIM UOW, male to female ratio is 10:1 (which, to me, is pretty bad), so guys, pls think twice before u enter here, unless the degree suits u so much that u want to study hard for it regardless of circumstances.
Need to buy a new battery for my laptop le. Current Battery life = 0%.

We went to E! Hub @ downtown east and watched a movie! Hubby got us free movie voucher but sadly we only can choose out of 3 movies, so we decided on..
The Happening (spoiler alert)
It's about people who suddenly started to kill themselves. Construction workers jumping from buildings, the zookeeper letting himself get eaten by lions, people hanging themselves. It's airborne and spreads like wild fire. It starts from city parks to small towns.
Terrorists? Disease? Epidemic? No, it's not the typical movies that you watched. Who or what is causing all these? The answer is the plants.
Have we become the threat to them? The global warming, the deforestation, the pollution. Will one day come to a time where planet earth is able to defend itself and our death is instant?
I will give this movie 3/5 stars. The music is good, the ending was great, the thrilling parts did scare the hell out of me and it did impact me as a person to really want to save the planet. But the movie could been done better. Like better storyline and etc.
Catch this movie if you want to know we are going to die if we don't take good care of earth. (:

Yesterday, the climb was indeed tiring haha.. still got 4 more climbs to go.. ;)
Right now, I got a task that is to come out with the design for the student councilors board. Of course, I am not working along. I am working with a group of 16students. Hopefully, everything will turn out well.
Tomorrow, NAFA Test has been postponed to next Thursday. Was wondering how come this school their NAFA Test is so late.
Okie, off to go to meet up the students without CCA le. :)
Just taken the ITQ test through GeBiz [Govt.Electronic Business] webbie. Hooray, I managed to pass after 4 tries. ITQ stands for " Invitation to Quote" . As I need to help out with the renewing of contract for vendors in school. Thus, the procurement officers will have to pass the on-line E-Test before we can make use of the applications.
Later i will be going to Yishun Safra with the Sec 1 students Leader for Rock Climbing Training. Hopefully, it will be a fulfilling one. Term 3 finally, begins it is really very hectic for every teachers and students. As the GCE "O Level" is approaching all the Sec 4E5N will be stepping down. This job of mine right now, let me realise that actually the activities in school is so pack. This coming Friday, there will be a Night Tour Programme going on for the Tamil students around 9.45PM to 6.30AM. The teacher in charge asked if I wanted to join the students. I wanted to join them but then I have to help out with the housework next morning. Therefore, I will not be joining. Last weekend, I attended a premela's wedding, she is a HOD/IT. her wedding is very sweet. It was held at Trader's Hotel. The bride is really very gorgoerous. Indeed all bride are pretty ya.. haha. There is also a cocktail session before the start of the wedding dinner. I find it quite nice as in long lost friends can use this time to be a gathering too.

Wes called me e day before, say he wants to give me something, and he won't tell me before I go meet him first. What did he give? A Chelsea Training Kit as my advanced Bday Present. Wes, WS, Andrew and Kenny shared the price for that training kit, knowing that I am a die-hard Chelsea Fan (If Mourinho is still in Chelsea and Abramovic had not fired him, they would have won e champions league easily this year).
7th Jun
Advanced 21st Birthday at Fish & Co Glass House with my pri sch friends. Haven't been seeing them for a freaking 10 years liao. Everyone has changed a lot ever since I last saw them.
Had Sharkie freeze and Seafood platter for 2. Swee ar! :P
Haha. In giving presents, the sincerity counts.
8th Jun

I treated them the entire partyworld price in the end, and they paid me back. After that we went Toa Payoh Sakura to eat our way through the night. The buffet starts at 6pm, so before that we went Toa Payoh food court to talk.
