What do you find interesting or unique about your family history?
Unique.., huh? Hmm... pap mentioned before that our family used to be rich. :) Well-to-do I'd say.. and if we were to stay that way, our family will probably be close to the peranakan community I believe.
Then... we became totally poor, that was when pap was still a kiddo. Great-grandma used to be a rich woman that really sat on sedan whenever she goes. Her family isn't rich but her husband is but.. she was a gambler and she gambled everything away! :D How nice of her, isn't it?
Oh yea, unique? Hmmm.. I guess I really do feel so if I say we're a peranakan family other than that, I can only say my family history is pretty shitty!

Go out to the restaurant Ston recommended! Just hearing his reviews made me hungry but of course, it's his treat. :)
How have you changed in the past year?

Oh yea, definitely. The biggest transition in life I ever had so far.
Shouldn't it suppose to be from 20 to 21, yea?
What lesson did your father teach you that still helps you in life?
Definitely "mind over matter".
He didn't teach, it felt more like screwing into my brain by learning through the hard way, especially when I was sleeping on the sofa and didn't wanna shower for the day. :/ I used to do that a lot of time and the more frequently it happened, the more I detest that phrase.
If you had to go on a two-week vacation with any celebrity, who would you pick as your traveling companion and where would you go?
Michael Jackson as my companion and we shall travel around Australia in this 2 weeks package tour.
But...
Thurdy definitely wouldn't allow. :p Heh :p

Why do you blog?
Submitted by littleduckling.
I want to leave daily tracks of my life (whether it's dull, dumb, silly, lame, interesting, enjoyable etc etc) so... my kids and their kids can visit and read up this story of my path, provided Vox stays up for long as well. It may or may not contain the country's historical content but at least, it contains my life's one. The old blogs I used to have are gone.. so.. Vox is my only rope, forever and into the infinity!
To end, I'd like to share how silly I can be right now:
To my kids, grandkids, great-grandkids.. so on and so forth... I'd suggest you leave your tracks too even if it's engraved onto the stone or somewhere. I don't know... in the future, it's probably all the technology and lots of server to store our tracks. I may not be able to read what you're going to write (no matter how much I'm curious to see how you look like) but whoever down this family line of Hombrebueno is going to enjoy all the silly craps wrote on the internet, especially from me.
As the eldest one here in our line and no one else before me because my brothers nor parents nor hubby blogs, I shall start the record and I hope Vox don't come down otherwise you can't read the good stuffs that's happening in my life time. You never know, my words may inspire you. I'm happy you can read these stuffs too.
Now, I feel it's probably better to write on a piece of paper or something durable that can last for a long time. I'm thinking, to at least last till the last human reign just in case we all get wipe out but our tracks stays here. Aliens may come down here and do a research on us so.. if you want to, leave your DNA as well. We may be revive thanks to blogging! Haha. Putting it up on the internet is quite scary too if you think about it, information may lost though but at least I can say one thing...

What was your biggest cooking disaster?
Baked cookies and brownies which its smell choked everyone in the house. :( No, it wasn't sweet-smelling. It was carbon dioxide poisoning I believe.
